Wes not only found the leak but replaced the boot (rather than seal it), replaced the black paper and shingles, and sealed all nails. He could have taken the easy route but chose to do a complete job which will prevent future leaks in the foreseeable future. Very pleased with his work.

Of 3 quotes, Exterior Specialists gave best explanation of work to be done, seemed least interested in bilking insurance, AND gave the lowest quote. Work done was fine, clean up was great (I think we found a total of 3 nails on property since the work was done), and followup was very helpful. Strongly recommend Exterior Specialists.
